VI. Supporting Paints:

The preparatory coatings include: amino drying primer, epoxy ester primer, and Epoxy Primer.

7. Construction steps:

Step 1: Substrate preparation

1. For ironware with oil stains, use cotton cloth dipped in a specialized thinner for amino paint to remove the oil from the surface.

2. The rusted base material must be polished and removed with professional tools such as wire brushes, sandpaper, or sanding machines until the new base material is exposed.

3. For uneven surfaces, apply a thin primer coat, allow it to dry completely, then fill the gaps with putty. Once dry, sand the surface smooth with a sandpaper.

4. Finally, wipe the substrate with a clean cotton cloth to remove rust and dust, ensuring it is oil-free, rust-free, dust-free, and smooth to guarantee optimal performance.

Step 2: Primer application

1. Apply the amino primer, then spray the topcoat after the primer has dried or been oven-dried.

2. When applying epoxy primer or epoxy ester primer, wait until the primer is surface-dry or fully cured before spraying the topcoat.

Step 3: Surface paint application

Spraying: After opening the can and mixing thoroughly, pour the mixture into a container and dilute with 15-30% amino paint-specific thinner. Then filter through an 80-mesh sieve. During spraying, use a pneumatic pump at 3-5 bar pressure, applying the amino-drying magnetic paint in a uniform mannerfirst from the inside out, then from top to bottom, and 1-2 coats.

Note: Avoid excessive thickness in single-spray applications to prevent orange peel texture or wrinkling.

Step 4: Baking Process

1. For direct application of amino topcoat, allow 30 minutes at room temperature after application to allow solvent evaporation, then bake at 120-130°C for 30 minutes before removal.

2. If the amino primer is applied and then the amino topcoat is sprayed after surface drying, it must be baked at a constant temperature of 130for 40 minutes.

8. Notes:

1. The construction site must maintain proper ventilation and be equipped with fire prevention facilities.

2. During construction, the coated items must avoid contact with water, oil, acidic or alkaline substances.

3. After construction, clean spray guns, brushes and other tools with a dedicated diluent for amino paint.

4. Do not pour leftover paint back into the original bucket; instead, store it in a cool, dry place.

5. The baking temperature should not be too high or the baking time too long, otherwise the paint film will become brittle, lose luster and turn yellow.

IX. Storage, Transportation, and Shelf Life:

1. The product should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry place, and should be protected from direct sunlight. In summer, appropriate cooling measures should be taken when the temperature is too high.

2. During transportation, protect the product from rain and direct sunlight.

3. The product has a shelf life of 12 months. During storage, the packaging must remain unopened and meet storage conditions. After the expiration date, the product may be processed according to the product standards.

If the incoming inspection results meet quality standards, the product may still be used.

X. Safety and Environmental Protection Statement:

1. This product is flammable. Ensure proper ventilation and take necessary protective measures during application.

2. If the skin is stained with paint, wash it immediately with soap or other cleaning agents and plenty of water.

3. The disposal of waste paint and packaging materials must comply with local environmental regulations.
