Sulfonated polyethylene anti-corrosion primer (often called chlorosulfonated polyethylene anti-corrosion primer) is a two-component solvent-based rubber-based anti-corrosion primer. It uses chlorosulfonated polyethylene resin as the main film-forming agent, and is made with anti-rust pigments and fillers, modified resins, vulcanizing agents and special solvents. It can withstand substrate deformation and hot and cold shocks, and provides long-term physical shielding and chemical rust prevention. Scope of application Chemical industry/petrochemical industry: bottom protection of highly corrosive equipment such as reactors, storage tanks, pipelines, acid-base tanks, etc. Ocean/Port: Seawater and salt spray corrosion-resistant scenarios such as offshore platforms, wharf steel piles, and ship ballast tanks. Municipal/Energy: Long-term rust prevention of bridge steel structures, high-voltage transmission towers, gas cabinets, and sewage treatment facilities. Other scenarios: Protection of steel components that are resistant to high and low temperatures and chemicals, such as metallurgical plants, heavy machinery, and vehicle chassis.
